How are the products folded?

Don't they wrinkle when you fold them?
We use technical synthetic fabrics in our carefully selected products to ensure minimal wrinkles in our products.
The secret? Thin and elastic fabrics with a lot of drape, which allows them to be compressed as much as possible to be able to store them at the size of a mobile phone, but when removed they stretch, eliminating practically all wrinkles. The few that may remain will disappear when you wear it for a few minutes thanks to its elastic component.

How do I know my size?
On all product pages you will be able to see the size guide above the size selection drop-down menu where you can see the measurements of the garment as well as size recommendations. How can I place my order?
You can place your order with secure payment directly on our website. You just have to add the items to the cart and complete the purchase, then you will access the payment gateway where you must indicate your personal and delivery information, select the shipping options and complete the payment information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes to your order as long as the order has not already been shipped from our facilities. If it has already been sent, you can do so by managing it as an exchange or return .

How much is the shipping?

How long does shipping take?
1 business day of order preparation must be added to the delivery times.
*These delivery times are those indicated by the transport agencies, and may vary during times of high demand such as Black Friday or Christmas.
Iberian Peninsula:
Standard Shipping (2-4 days)
Express Shipping (1-2 days)
Outside the Iberian Peninsula:
Shipments may take 3-15 business days.

How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email from which you can follow the status of your order at all times.

What happens if I am not present when my order is delivered?
Two delivery attempts will be made. If you are not present at the time of delivery, they will most likely try to contact you by phone to manage the delivery at another time (depending on the delivery person in question) or, if necessary, default, you will try again the next day.
If both delivery attempts are made without success, you will receive a notification by message and/or email so that you can collect your package at a transport agency collection point as close as possible to the delivery address provided.
Changes
Can I change size or product/s?
Yes, the first exchange is completely FREE, as long as the product to be exchanged is unused, within a period of 14 calendar days from when you received your order.
If the new product/s is of a greater amount, the customer must pay the difference and, in the same way, if the new product has a lower amount, we will return the difference through the same payment system that was used.
If you need to make a second change to the same order, the costs of return shipping must be assumed by the customer.

How many changes can I make?
We bear the costs of the first change. Once that change is made, you can make the ones you need, as long as the garments are not used and the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
These shipping costs would be €4 for each extra change made.

2. We will send you the label by email, stick it on and send it back free of charge.
The first exchange is FREE , from the second exchange you must pay the return shipping of €4.

Returns
Can I return it?
Yes, within a period of 14 calendar days from when you received your order, as long as the product to be exchanged is unused and has not been damaged.
For outside the Iberian Peninsula, the customer must send us the products to be returned to our facilities at the expense of the return shipping costs.

¿Por qué cobráis el envío de vuelta?
Cada vez que se hace una devolución, se realiza un trabajo de gestión, de preparación del pedido, de packaging, de pago en las comisiones bancarias y pago tanto del
envío de ida como el de vuelta. Creemos que lo más justo es que el cliente asuma una pequeña parte de los costes asumiendo el envío de vuelta de los productos que finalmente no quiere.

Where are you from?
We are from Valencia (Spain) and this is where we have our offices. From Valencia the product is sent to any part of the world.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We currently sell everything through the online store. We participate throughout the year in certain physical markets, to find out you can follow us on our social networks at the bottom of the page.
Where is it manufactured?
We manufacture all our products 100% in Spain. All products are designed and manufactured in-house, made in different places in Spain and finished in Valencia.
